QCP Capital、来年の仮想通貨市場の展望を分析

インフレが継続すると予想

暗号資産（仮想通貨）取引企業QCP Capitalは28日、ニュースレターを発行。今年の仮想通貨市場を総括し、ビットコインやイーサリアムの値動きなど翌年の展望を示した。

まずQCP Capitalは2022年の市場について、天然ガスを除くコモディティなどの実物資産は、1970年代以降で最悪の損失を記録したと述べた。

ビットコイン（BTC）は過去最高値から70％以上暴落、イーサリアム（ETH）も72％下落した。これは、米連邦準備制度理事会（FRB）による“史上最も急激な”利上げサイクル（金融引き締め）が引き起こしたものとしている。

さらに、QCP Capitalは、インフレ（物価高）のピークこそ過ぎたものの、広く予想されている以上に高止まりが続き、FRBの目標である2％を大幅に上回る水準をしばらく維持することになると予想した。

FRBはあと4～5回利上げを行い、フェデラル・ファンド（FF）金利を5.5％まで引き上げ、2023年第4四半期（10～12月）まで、その状態を維持することを示唆しているという。先進国もスタグフレーションを経験することになるだろうと続けた。

このプロセスは、すべての資産クラスで痛みを伴うもので、「2023年第3四半期（7～9月）まで続き、その過程で株価などは新安値を更新する可能性がある」とも述べている。

また、インフレについては、FRBが時期尚早に政策緩和に転じた場合、V字型のリバウンドが発生するリスクもあると指摘。リスク要因として「中国の国境開放、ウクライナ情勢の悪化、地政学的緊張を背景とした米国の戦略石油備蓄（SPR）による原油価格の上昇可能性」などを挙げた。

ビットコインとイーサリアムの価格予測

QCP Capitalは、ビットコイン（BTC）とイーサリアム（ETH）の値動きについても現状の分析を行っている。

イーサリアムは三角保ち合いを形成しており、続落するおそれがあるコメント。もし週足で約27万円（2,000ドル）水準を超える場合には、再検討を余儀なくされるとしている。下値目処としてはサポートライン（下値支持線）の約13万円（1,000ドル）と約11万円（800ドル）が鍵になるとした。

QCP Capitalはイーサリアムに関して、短・中期的には弱気に見ているが、今後数年間の長期スパンでは、「ETH 2.0が、仮想通貨業界のゲームチェンジャーとなり、実世界での採用事例を提供する」と前向きな予想も示した。

ビットコインについては、ARKイノベーションETF（ARKK）との価格相関を考慮すると、今後さらに下落する可能性は十分あると述べている。ARKKの値動きはビットコインを2ヶ月リードしているが、すでに2020年3月の安値を割り込んでいる。

オプション市場の成長

その他QCP Capitalは、仮想通貨オプション市場規模の成長にも触れた。ボラティリティ（価格変動）の大きな状況において、将来価格の保険的なヘッジで活用されるオプション市場は、流動性ストレスなしに着実に成長していると指摘。

この原動力となっているのは、機関投資家と富裕層だと分析している。オプションに精通する機関投資家のみならず、富裕層の個人投資家もオプション市場の構造を把握し、高利回りと高シャープレシオでうまくマネタイズする方法を理解するようになったと述べた。
